We provide opportunities for families to birth in the comfort of their own home, in the water, within 50 miles of Cherry Hill, NJ.

As part of your midwifery care package, you have full access to one of our high-quality birth pools for use during labor and birth.

There is no rental fee for using one of our pools.

Water Birth Pool Info

WHAT WE PROVIDE

  • Your selected birth pool (provided at the 36 week home visit)

  • Guidance on setup, water temperature management, and safe use during labor and birth

  • Sump pump for easy draining

  • All pool-related clean-up after the birth

WHAT YOU PROVIDE

  • Custom disposable birth pool liner for pool of choice

  • One 25' or 50' drinking-water–safe hose

  • Faucet adapter (if needed for your home)

  • Towels, floor tarp, and any pool comfort accessories you prefer

Custom liner, hose, and adapter available in “optional items” during your Birth Kit purchase.

PREPARING FOR YOUR BIRTH POOL

Please complete the following by 37 weeks:

  • Perform a full test setup of your pool

  • Verify your hot water heater is set to a sufficient temperature

  • Ensure your hose reaches from the faucet to the chosen birth space

  • Discuss timing and comfort strategies for using the pool during labor with midwife
